"They charged me $10 an hour early check-in fee but later I found out that it is against policy to charge anything after 12. :00 p.m.. also, they wanted to charge me $28 a day for my dog until finding out it was a service animal. They were rude. The manager there needs to learn how to communicate without being so rude. I think there is some shady stuff going on there."
