Great location, great price. Motel is a little shabby but generally well kept up for an older place. Room was clean. Air conditioner somewhat noisy, but kept the temperature cool

The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. The property was very pet friendly. The coffee was great! The Property overall needed some TLC and cleaning. It is an older Property and could use some upgrades. Our room had an odd smell, the floors were sticky and desperately needed mopping. We did not walk around in our bare feet. When we tried to use the pull-out sofa sleeper, it was full of cereal and cracker crumbs. On the plus side, the main bed was very clean, ( not all that comfortable though), and the counters in the kitchen, bathroom, shower were very clean. Overall, for the price we paid it was OK for the amenities that we got.

They charged me $10 an hour early check-in fee but later I found out that it is against policy to charge anything after 12. :00 p.m.. also, they wanted to charge me $28 a day for my dog until finding out it was a service animal. They were rude. The manager there needs to learn how to communicate without being so rude. I think there is some shady stuff going on there.

While the room was pretty much bare bones, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good & the tap water - potable (that's a rave for Scottsdale). Breakfast was sustenance - ended up making our own in the room. Little place to hang wet towels, but fresh ones always available. 5 stars for the staff - really nice & quite helpful! Booking through Expedia on the other hand was (0) stars!!! As we didn't know how long we would be staying, I booked an extra week. It took multiple phone calls from me & the hotel staff to Expedia to get a waiver & credit for the unused days.

Front desk staff were great, super friendly! We loved having a kitchen and being able to cook our own meal after a week of eating out. The room seemed very old and had that old smell but other than that, it served its purpose.

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Parking is great. The only issue we had was that we had to throw our own trash in the dumpster, but the dumpster hasn’t been picked up in weeks.
