「Overall, the property was clean and easy to access. Unfortunately for me, the equipment in the fitness center did not work. following the directions on the control panel of the treadmills resulted in no action. That sucked. I stayed in room 108. The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected.」

「I had no idea how to contact the shuttle. There was no number to call on the hotel. I kept calling the hotel itself but the line was either busy or it would just keep ringing. It wasn't until I had to google "Comfort Inn shuttle" that I was able to locate a completely different number, that I finally contacted the shuttle. The room itself, had greasy/oily handmarks on the bed headboard. One of the drawers was broken in the room. And the sink faucet came off the first time I used it. I did let...

「decided to stay at the hotel because of an extended power failure in my area. The hotel was initially looked clean, but upon closer inspection, there were crumbs on the floor, smugs of something on the entry handle and bathroom tub and floor. One of the bedsheets in the double room had an iron imprint. There was only one facecloth. Overall, it was the worst experience at a national chain hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. 」
