"The hotel did not feel family-friendly or safe. There was no visible security on the premises, and I noticed people who appeared to be intoxicated/drug-affected staying or loitering around the property, which made the environment uncomfortable. That said, the room was clean and the reception staff were polite and helpful. The main issue was the location, overall condition of the property, and the crowd—overall it felt unsafe."

"There’s no main lobby. The windows are too thin. Smelled like smoke all the way in lobby and upstairs. "

Several outlets were missing covers and others were broken or missing screws. There was no dead bolt. The bathroom was missing tile and the latch side of the door jamb."
