"Aging property but this unit has been partially updated. Great location in Princeville and all of the amenities we needed, but the condo is just well worn and could use some TLC. "

"This place was great. My only complaint is that the dryer does not work. Everything else was absolutely great. We stayed as a family if 6 with two young adult children and two teens and we all had plenty of space."

"Slide door to patio lock didn’t work had to be secured with metal bar. Living room had. No air conditioner. Other than that everything was very good."

"Overall the stay was good. We spent 8 days and went to many of the sights and beaches. The walk down to the beach onsite is a little steep just stay to the right on the way down. The kitchen was serviceable and we used it a lot. The place Comfortably sleeps 4 with two open sleeping quarters. The sofa / TV area was nice and the lanai was nice. A few maintenance items in the unit that need attention and the unit is somewhat dated but does the job. "

"Great for watching waves and whales (and chickens). While the location is nice, and the building is in good repair, we found the furniture uncomfortable to sit in. New cushions would improve the ability to enjoy the place."

"From the moment we set foot on the property (no shoes, of course!), we felt right at home. The property was clean, fresh, and well organized. There was a real sense of pride and 'ohana in how this property was maintained, inside and out! The only issue we had was no internet service until we reported and it was quickly resolved. We love this place and would absolutely consider coming back. Mahalo!"
