"Long line to get breakfast and by the time you get to pick food it’s empty. Staffs were unfriendly, quick to boss around. Otherwise location wise it’s a good place. "

"The morning staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome even as we were leaving. A staff member came out after we had check out just to let us know one of our tires looked a little low on her way into wrk and she gave my son A couple of cute little toys that he had an absolute ball with… the hotel was right up the road from a huge park and play ground, so we definitely scored on location Walmart and plenty of other shopping and food options were less then ten minutes...

"Our stay at the Best Western Americana was overall quite pleasant. The room was spacious and was newly renovated. It was clean and the housekeeping staff was helpful. The breakfast was okay, on our first day the eggs were kind of dry, but the staff assisted with that and rectified it. The breakfast area is kind of small, but we weren't there for very long so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, I felt that this was a good hotel and I would stay there again."

"On line, this is what I would consider a "budget" hotel, but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The grounds were clean, tidy and well kept. The room was clean and seemed to have been updated within the past year. We only stayed one night but wouldn't hesitate to stay again."
