"Hotel was clean and well situated across the street from the university, where I was attending an event. It's close by plenty of food options and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the free breakfast and overall had pleasant stay."

"This was the worst place we have ever stayed in our lives. The floors were black, walls looked like they had literal feces smeared on them, mildew on the ceilings. We were there less than 6 hours before we hit the road at 2 am. This place needs to be torn down"

"Gross stained sheets, paint is peeling off the ceiling and walls. Parking in the back was sketchy. I came in after 10am and couldn't wait to leave at 6am. Breakfast was very meager. Lots of long term visitors that had bbq grills."

"Very gracious staff. Wonderful shuttle service from/to MOB all hours of the day—you just call the hotel. Quiet rooms. Great breakfast. "
