Hotel was disgusting. Staff is unpleasant and seems to not understand the business of hospitality. I was very uncomfortable the entire time. My kids did not want to use the shower. Filled with gunk and grime. Hotel manager came to antagonize my family with their single hotel cleaner after 9pm to prove to them the room was dirty despite the several complaints made & the room being empty the entire day, making it available to view and clean on their own time. Very disrespectful and very unpleasant stay.

Traveling through town and wanted a hotel with a pool. Big mistake pool does not look like the pictures. It was gross and had a film. Paint chipping off the pool. My 10 year old took one look and said I’m not getting in there… now the room it looked clean than saw a huge cockroach, shower curtains were dirty, got moved to another room and they wouldn’t refund or discount the room. I wouldn’t recommend staying here

Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast had bread for toast. Coffee was good and hot. People behind counter treated you like an imposition. Only had one towel but four wash clothes. Housekeeping never came to our room but we lifted towels off their cart in the hall.

Cards didn't work after several tries, and remakes. I arri be 1AM long drive need a room and Room AC didn't work correctly. Plug was burned up and cut off in night 4AM I tried to work on it but no luck plug was shorted. No phone in room so In AM I let them know as I am checking out and leaving this place. I told front staff, they said they don't give refunds or credits but change rooms and I should have came then as I was now checking out. So no regard to the inconvenience just here's your receipt. Carpet really dirty, Breakfast was ok though.
