"When I move in, the room looks like doesn’t have people in for a while, and my bed had big, no front desk available, and the dryer was broken.NO recommendation."

"The staff checking in was great, the room looked like it needed to be swept and mopped, the AC in the living area did not get cool, it was hot as heck in that room, the freezer worked but the refrigerator did not get cold. The keurig did not shut off until the water was empty and overflowed the cup. The staff the following morning , she was very unprofessional, rude and snappy towards my children. "
