It was the first time we chose a hotel not walking distance to Universal Studios and I was very pleased. Quick 7 minute drive.
Staff was great! We left our luggage in the lobby on our last day. Very grateful for that.
Pool area was very nice.
Walking distance to a gas station mart and many restaurants.
The room included a refrigerator and that is always helpful.
The lobby had a great hot cocoa/ coffee machine and fresh pastries everyday!

The property is newly renovated , the beds are so comfy and bathroom is nice , the only bad thing I could say it’s the light in the bathroom is a sensory light and it turned off constantly while you were taking a shower and was so annoying , also we had a lot of crickets in our room , my brother killed at least 10 while our stay , front desk is really nice they were always open to give us towels and come to check the light but unfortunately they didn’t fix it, there is conditioner body lotion and shampoo , but 2 of the 3 were empty when we checked in , but the guy at fd refilled right away , also , they CHARGED us $10 per day for parking , which it wasn’t stipulated when we booked the hotel , it was so unpleasant as we were not aware of it ."
