「It was nice being next to the river, and being so close to the main strip as well. It was very convenient and centralized for our trip. The room was clean, and comfortable. Would stay again. 」

「Fantastic stay for the price. We had a jacuzzi suite and the jacuzzi was wonderful. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and Very quiet and peaceful despite being so close to all of the shops, attractions, and restaurants. The walkability is fantastic. The cons are that it’s an older hotel, so there are some maintenance issues. The elevators and the ice machines need to be repaired. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub were fantastic. We visited in September, so there were not many people...

「As always it was great, but one of the elevators was out of order and being worked on the entire time of our stay. Not very much inconvenience though.」

「For the price, you cant beat it. Perfect location for the Great Smoky Mnts and/or Blue Ridge Parkway. Very friendly staff. My room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.」
