「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

「I was very tired and i started to cry "joy tears " at how well i was treated from check in to check out. This is an incredible sanctuary kind of place away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I came to tears also because i graduated from villanova in the 1980's and i didnt even know this gem existed until i happened to find it when looking online to book a spot where i could rest up for a flight scheduled out of phila the next day.
