「The postcard cabin we rented was everything we needed for a rustic Michigan getaway, but not too rustic, it was so nice to get out of the heat in the AC! They even thought of our dog as there was an outdoor leash provided for the dog’s outdoor time. Having the firewood on site was so convenient as well! Hot showers, a toilet, comfy beds… we will definitely be returning! The private lake was the perfect place to cool off and chill too😎 I think they may have thought of everything needed!」

「I was not thrilled when I saw the pictures of the bedrooms and lobby online, but I booked because of the availability, the price and how close it is to the beach. 「This is a charming little place and we really enjoy staying here whenever we are in this part of Michigan. The receptionist seems like he’d rather be anywhere else but working and is not very friendly. The gift shop is also a mess and full of clutter. Otherwise, we really like it. 「Book early during summer...we booked the last room available at the Belvedere. Great owner/place, service, cocktails and best dinner we had.
