We had our mini honeymoon here are LOVED it!! Charming and well maintained building, cute courtyard, amazing breakfast (our favorite part), and included happy hour as well!! The staff was all very nice and accommodating, highly recommend!

Highly recommend this wonderful B&B! Just a 5 minute walk from South Beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, the location was perfect. Family friendly, wonderful staff, and delicious breakfast included. So glad we stayed here for our first trip to South Haven!

Check was easy, the manager explained the Wi-Fi the password the TV after hours entry rules and we were able to put it in order for our breakfast early the next morning! This is the only hotel in downtown South Haven, so it was very convenient for walking to the pier and two restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend to anyone anticipating travel to that area in my parking is an issue you have to take advantage of one of the public lots in the vicinity, which ended up not being an issue for us.

This was a perfect location in the heart of South Haven – my husband and I enjoyed our one night here and oatmeal for breakfast. The (#10) room was cute and uncomfortable, although it is literally right behind the front desk, which feels odd. Sometimes the floorboards would squeak so it sounded like someone was coming in.

The hotel is charming and clean. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious--loved the coffee and fresh-baked muffins too! Our room was cozy and a bit small, but I loved the large vanity with plenty of room for toiletries. We loved the location--walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. The room was expensive given its small size, but we felt it was worth it given the prime location.

Check in was easy and efficient. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Cooked to order and many delicious options. By far the favorite place I’ve ever stayed on vacation. Very conveniently located.

This place is awesome. Todd working the front (and everywhere else) is one of the most "selfless" people I've ever seen. He is truly about everything to make your stay here a memorably experience. "Owners Take Note" Todd needs to be remembered when raises or salary increases come around. The crew working the morning breakfast like Cisco and the others are hands down the best in the business. "Owners take note here also". I'd give this place a 10 out of 10. Great Location, Quiet, Clean, Nostalgic, Service, Friendly, and Great Coffee.

We loved this hotel! The breakfast was amazing. Having a night cap was so easy with the in lobby keg and wine made it super easy. Only complaint was no fan in the bathroom but would 10/10 stay here again!

Charming old hotel in a great location. Breakfast and complementary cocktail hour was lovely. We stayed in the Lighthouse room. The air conditioner unit was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. The room was very small, which is to be expected in an older hotel. However, a television had been hung with an corner overlapping the bathroom doorway. My 6’4” boyfriend had to be very careful not to hit his head. I would recommend it to someone who was interested in the character of an old hotel.

The “Nichols Suite” sleeps three or four. King bed, two pull out couches. Kitchen and shower room. Two air units so the room stays cool.
