"This is a former Best Western that’s now under new management. The common spaces are mostly redone, but the rooms need a THOROUGH cleaning and revamping before they should be letting people stay in them. Our room was clean to the best of their ability, but still had graffiti on the bathroom wall, torn carpet, old stains on the coverlet, tape on the mirror where the frame broke, AND it smelled - it was a bit of a disaster. At least we only needed one night! "

"Chrissy was so nice as our server! I left my bag behind and they held on to it. No money was missing and they asked a few questions to be sure the right person got it. That says a lot right there. The bakery help was genuinely caring and helpful. Try the pecan sticky buns! You ll thank me! The pool was so clean. It's salt water according to my husband. It was very empty too. This is very close to Old Sturbridge Village."
"Every member of staff I encountered during my stay was beyond exceptional. From checking in, which went so smoothly and quickly (yet personably), to using the shuttle services, breakfast staff, all were top notch. My room was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and the shower was big and spacious (no one wants a tiny shower where you knock over your shampoo bottles everywhere). The pool was empty Saturday morning, and it was so relaxing. The outdoor courtyard has perfect amounts of shady spots and sunny spots to hang out with friends or just be by yourself and read a book in quiet. "
