I was in the shower and I heard my door open. It doesn’t open without a room key so I have reason to believe room service had opened my door WHILE the room was vacant and I was showering… terrible and 20 minutes later they came knocking again while I was in my room.

Excellent! The receptionist, if I recall correctly, Jacob, was very courteous. So was his manager. Another of the staff members was kind enough to lend my 13 year old son a soccer ball as he and one of his teammates was playing in the pool. It’s obvious customer service is a paramount factor with the entire management and staff. 5 Stars all around and my whole hearted recommendations. Robert.

Got the key to room 332. The door unlocked and we heard voices so we didn't go in. Seems someone messed up. We were re-issued a new key for 330 next door. The employee seemed new, and checked with the manager, who did NOT come out of the office. No apology. Put a damper on the mood. Meanwhile, the room was fine and the breakfast was really good with scrambled eggs, oatmeal, waffles and the guy running the breakfast resupply was good. Friendly, and on the job. Professional!

Love the pool and breakfast! The place is clean! I think the staff could be less standoffish, but maybe as you get closer to Boston that's what happens. My only complaint: don't put the chamomile tea and hot water away so early! Keep some hot water and chamomile tea out all night, it helps nervous travelers to relax. I also suggest getting UNSWEETENED Oat Milk for people who might have dairy sensitivities or have diabetes and cannot have sugar. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay! The morning/breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming.
