「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Wonderful hotel, stunning pool, reasonable gym, great buffet breakfast, good range of entertainment every evening. Easy and free parking if you’ve hired a car. Beautiful pools, very attentive staff who were very polite and friendly and the hotel is located in the nicest part of Adeje with lots of quality restaurants and shops within easy walking distance along the beautiful sea promenade.
