「Beautiful hotel with nice and spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Perfectly located with lots of restaurants and, supermarkets and just a short walk from the Beach strip. Loved my stay here.」

「Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé avec un accès direct à la meilleure plage de sable noir de Adeje. Grand parking pour laisser la voiture. Le buffet le soir est varié avec bar à salade, un côté viande, un coté poisson. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisé et la taille de l’hôtel fait que les femmes de ménages commencent tôt, heuresement vous pourrez vous reposer au bord des 3piscines ou à la plage. Nous avons été début mai 2025 et il y avait majoritairement des personnes âgées.」

「From the moment we walked in to the grand entrance the tram at The Grand Tacande were there to help and ensure everyone had the best experience. Loved our 4 night stay. Wonderful breakfast buffet with so much choice - options to have a table outside or inside, also dined in one evening - very good value. Pool lovely, plenty of beds and nice bar areas. Enjoyed the Sound bath session. Perfect spot just a short walk to the beach」

「This hotel (unlike many other hotels is this area) is located right next to the beach. But what is really unique is that this beach is very well protected from the waves which are quite strong sometimes. While many other neighbour beaches were closed ours was open. So in addition to the swimming pools in the hotel we were able to swim every day in the ocean. We also liked that hotel that hotel is located in a quiet, not crowded, corner of Costa Adeje but one can find restaurants and shops in...

「Best hostel ever. Made a million friends, the private room was cheap and had a breezy gorgeous balcony with a view. Has a pool, group activities, great location to walk to the sea. Highly recommend. 」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Wir nutzten dieses Hotel für die Anreise und Abreise wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen. Das Frühstück war üppig, Personal sehr freundlich. Der Hafen ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Jede Menge Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Sollte ich noch einmal nach Teneriffa kommen wohne ich in diesem Hotel.」
