「Nice hotel with great breakfast, clean pool and friendly helpful attendents. The only con was how uncomfortable the beds were. They were hard for me. Did i sleep? Yes, but they were not soft like my back likes but i would come back again and again.」

「This hotel isn’t by anything convenient but if you have your own vehicle it isn’t far. We went to a concert and enjoyed the room. 」

「The breakfast had a lot of varied options- I liked the scrambled eggs, yogurt w/ berry compote and granola and bagels! I slept so well on the bed- super comfy mattress, bedding and pillows. The location was perfect to explore downtown Grand Rapids with plenty of great restaurants,art, museums and shopping (not to mention the views along the Grand River) ! 」

「First off, staff was excellent. From front desk, to housekeeping, friendly, helpful, professional. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Location was convenient to downtown, and a couple of nice restaurants, were a block away.」

「I really liked the pool and hot tub area. It was nice and big. It had a unique look and felt like a lodge with skylights. It also had a nice outdoor area where people are playing cards. The rooms were very clean. The only thing I marked down was because it smelled like people had been smoking in there. However, it says it’s non-smoking so I’m not sure why.」
