「Front Desk was conditional to who was working. A couple staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, empathetic to what the Air Canada mess created. Couple others were "just business", no smile, enthusiasm or empathy - lacking a personal touch. Lounge bartenders were exceptional. Rates were reasonable as well.」

「Stayed one night before our flight. The location is perfect as it’s very close to the airport and the complimentary airport shuttle service (pick up and drop off) is perfect for tired travellers. We enjoyed the hot breakfast, room was clean and service was good. I would stay here again. 」

「I found the Hilton Garden Inn to be a modern, bright and clean hotel, with friendly staff with good amenities. My room was spacious and included a small but effective refrigerator and microwave and more. I appreciated that there was nice flooring and no carpet in my room.
