「It’s all about the details. The snacks by the nightstand, the local soap, the elegant design choices… all appreciated. The morning breakfast box was a special treat and the owner was incredibly friendly. I didn’t know you could choose your pillow type ahead of time but that is a great option. Definitely recommend. 」

「The Duckworth was an older building but the room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The location was good for walking to Jelly Bean Row, restaurants and pubs. Access to the George Street Festival was close by as well. 」

「Check-in experience wasn't great - had to message the property twice to get the door codes. The code provided was then incorrect so I had to call the number they provided. However, they did respond promptly to my messages and calls and I was able to get into my room relatively quickly. A minor inconvenience. 「Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消，但我們已經去到了，便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適，房間只有一個USB插頭充電。洗手間廁紙有待改善，是薄紙張不吸水的。吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水，早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。整體來說十分滿分有八分」
