「Great prices, friendly staff and clean rooms! 」

「I booked to stay in this hotel to celebrate our first year wedding anniversary with the kids. They are excited that they will get to swim after a long time. But then when we arrived, the receptionist told us the pool is closed and is under renovation. Didn’t even offer us anything except asking us to go to a public pool instead.
