「Great stay」

「Great location. In walking distance to everything you need. Room had amazing view of the harbour. Staff was excellent! Parking cost extra but very convenient. I would highly recommend.」

The elevator had no AC and often when you’d get in, it would drop down a little and then would reset the floor number that was pressed. 「No handicap parking. Long walk with stairs to bistro for breakfast. Great location if you have a vehicle. One morning we woke up to brown water, we were never notified yet when we reported it, front desk knew, we were told not to use it but we could hear ppl showering - they should have notified guests asap - that was annoying not know what a brushed my teeth with. 「Excellent breakfast for a reasonable cost at the café. The pool was swarmed with people and didn't smell so great. The staff were very helpful when we asked for help--extra towels, a kettle, etc. Honest and open staff.」

「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」
