Easy check in friendly host adequate continental breakfast. Only issue was it was a very warm night and no ac and no screens on windows so couldn’t open windows at night.

We loved our stay at your home. The rooms were beautifully done and functional. The food was fresh and varied. The staff were inviting and there was an easy conversation when together with guests. The location was great for walking to the harbourfront, local resteraunts and shops. Thanks for such a wonderful time.

Great stay. Petty Harbour room with private bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the private bathroom with shower and Native brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was a definite highlight during which the owner Rob offered recommendations and advice on the local sites, stories, and jokes a plenty. Fantastic location. Would absolutely stay again.

Lovely stay at Elizabeth Manor. The premises are just as lovely as the owners, who were very helpful and friendly during our stay. The self-checkin instructions were clear and timely delivered. The manor is conveniently situated at walking distance from St.John's highlights, as well as surrounded by very valid eating hotspots. We were also pleased by the complimentary breakfast (cereals, croissant/bagel and hot drinks). Given the unusual heat of this summer, the room temperature was high at times with no A/C. Ventilation was provided, though it was barely sufficient. The shared bathroom was well kept. It is placed on the third floor.

We had a great stay and an overall very enjoyable experience. The breakfast was quite convenient and served in a nice kitchen with morning sunlight. The staff and owner were beyond fantastic. They provided highly valuable local knowledge to ensure we had the best information possible. The owner went above and beyond to help us with one specific issue. I would stay there again.

We found the property needed some maintenance and cleaning. Chipped paint, poor cleaning (window sills, under bed). We did not see the owners as often as was stated (every morning). There are no extra plugs in the bedroom for chargers (which is a must these days). There was a table lamp which was not plugged in because there was no plug for it. Burned out light bulbs in the fixtures. Breakfast was a continental breakfast and self-serve. It had a lot of selections, and the kitchen is nice and well kept. It is a vintage home, but vintage homes need continuous care, and this one has not had it. We were disappointed with the property given the daily rate they charge. This could easily be remedied with some are and attention.

Needs AC. No one to ask for assistance. Code to front door wasn’t correct. Door access pad only has numbers 1-5. Our access code had 7 and 9 in it as well. . Without another patron we would’ve never gotten inside to access our room.

The Manor is well kept. The breakfast was nice, there was cereal, bread, bagels, croissants, jam, peanut butter, cream cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, coffee, tea, juices. Served in a cozy kitchen that sat 13 people..a great opportunity to meet people and chat. There was always someone there on staff to ensure the breakfast was was stocked and answer questions. We met Brenda (owner) and had a great chat. (Fellow hockey parents😊) Our room was the Twillingate on the 3rd floor (lots of steps) and we had our own bathroom. The rooms are not air conditioned but did have a fan. Even in July you didn't need either! One thing that could be addressed in the room is to repair the window screen and maybe have a second chair at the little table so we didnt have to sit on the bed while in the room. The guesthouse is well located and walking distance many restaurants, local trails, and about 45min walk to Quidi Vidi village (a must visit) there are many historical buildings close by to visit.
