「Clean large room. Warm shower. Room cleaned each day. Free parking. Easy access to major roads into St. John's. Muffins and coffee available each morning. One complaint and it's nothing to do with the hotel or staff. Someone smoking Marijuana in a nearby room one night and smell got into our room. Unfortunately its an issue we've faced at other hotels.」

「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」

「Lovely location, right on the East Coast Trail. Easy to find. Sauna was wonderful. Room was great - cooking facilities were nice to reduce eating out costs. Could hear people in adjacent rooms (just everyday noises, they were not being particularly noisy/partying).」

「Room was not very inviting. Wires hanging from TV some pink stuff hanging from air conditioning unit. Thermostat did not appear to be working. It was quite cool in the morning. Gentlemen behind the check in desk was not very welcoming did not even look up when we were waiting to book in. We had two rooms and he had taken credit card info for both rooms and then the billing for both rooms was on one credit card. Not sure why he would take info for two different credit cards. Price for the...

「We’re repeat guests and always choose Leaside! Bonavista and Trinity are our favourite suites because we love having direct outdoor access from the room. Breakfast is always delicious, and the staff have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate my spouse’s celiac disease. Everyone is friendly, the area is peaceful, and we always enjoy our stay!」

「We had a wonderful stay here! The restaurant on-site was absolutely delicious—definitely a highlight of our trip. Our room was also spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The only minor downsides were that we wished the property was dog-friendly, and it would have been great if the chairs in the room had footrests for a bit of extra comfort. That being said, the pros far outweighed the cons. We would absolutely recommend.」
