「Not aware of state of hotel under construction which apparently has been the case since October 2025. Pool not open. Woke in morning to sound of construction after being assured it was far from our room and would not be heard. Room was clean and newly renovated but all other areas of hotel, lobby, dining room and hallways dusty and under construction. This information should be disclosed before booking and rates lowered to reflect lack of pool amenity and construction state of hotel until...

「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」

「We enjoyed our stay very much. Comfy bed, great atmosphere and the staff was fantastic! Our hot breakfast was a nice treat and seever was very accommodating and friendly. We'll definitely be back.」

「We had coffee and a tea bun as the breakfast room wasn’t opened until 11o’clock. That was a disappointment. The tea bun was wrapped in Saran Wrap but it was dried up. That was very very disappointing. 」

「Pillows smelled bad and dust was everywhere on top of the headboards and pictures needs better cleaning but over all a wonderful spot and staff where friendly! Gonna stay there again sometime.」
