「An excellent hotel, with warm staff and attention to detail. The staff were so helpful and kind. The evening drinks were lovely and the room was very brilliant with one of the best showers ever and a comfortable big bed. Plus a great location for cafes and heading into central London.」

「The hotel is near the Enbankment tube station. You can walk to the bank of the river as well. Room is clean and comfortable」

「我開心可以喺呢度渡過了七日嘅旅程 呢度嘅員工都好熱心，Bartender嘅Cocktail都好好飲，下次再來」

「Nettes Personal und sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage」

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「good but not meet the expectations as always when i live with rosewood， sorry to say that」

「This hotel offers exceptional value with its perfect location, superb comfort, excellent safety measures, and outstanding, attentive service—most notably from Manager V—making it a top choice we would gladly revisit.」

「The hardware is nice, location is perfect and generally staff were helpful. But housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Eg They never showed for turn down, and they ask you to order breakfast with the card but never provided a card. Some items (that are complimentary) were replenished whilst others were not. But overall a great hotel and I would stay here again. 」

「The room equipment may not be perfect, but the overall service is very good」
