「very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. 」

「I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and attentive service from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely balcony. Dinner on Moroccan night was delicious with plenty of high-quality options, and the evening show was amazing—my daughter loved it, and we even joined the dancing. The kids club was exceptional, with activities morning and afternoon; my daughter barely left because she enjoyed it so much. There are many activities for adults too—tennis, football,...
