「Property outside is in need of maintenance. Rooms clean. Breakfast was lacking.」

「The room was clean but there was no coffee or coffee maker and no shower mat. Felt like the room was just tossed together with cables from the wall tv exposed causing a hazard for guests. The door to the bedroom/bathroom had two different paint colors as if they were trying to touch up the door but did a horrible job. The closet had the ironing board tossed in the corner and the iron tossed on the floor in a corner. I couldn't see out the windows due to crack seal. Not worth the $200/night.」

「Abysmal hotel. Everything was dirty. The room was in awful shape. Damages, missing floor (literal hole in the floor), cobwebs on the ceiling, hole in the door, extremely dark, the curtains wouldn’t close all the way, and the bathroom vent didn’t work at all. We left after the first night and got a room elsewhere. Very clear that whoever is in charge of the hotel doesn’t actually go into the hotel AT ALL.」

「For the budget we were on this hotel was above all my expectations. It's located perfect on main road with every restaurant, fast food, gas stations and with in walking distance to the main park on the river. The staff was better then I have ever had this was our 4th hotel this year and this is the one I would go back too. Even if it was out of the way. The staff was amazing kind, and wanted to help us with anything. The AC worked perfectly even in the 90 heatwave. There is no pool but it is...

「The room was dirty(examples: stained towels and blankets, hair in the bath tub and under the bed sheets.) wifi didn’t reach or work in my room. Window was gross and looked like it hadn’t been wiped clean in a while. Breakfast seemed to be nonexistent. Fruit and some granola bars. If i hadnt been told because i booked online and was unable to change my reservation i would have checked out after the first of my 3 nights」
