"Unsanitary and poorly maintained carpeting throughout the room. • A leaking toilet. • A dirty shower upon arrival. • Dirty and poorly maintained elevators. • Hotel conditions that did not accurately reflect the appearance and quality depicted in online photographs and marketing materials. • No swimming pool despite expectations created by available information. • Visible ceiling damage from a previous leak that appeared inadequately repaired and improperly painted. • No microwave in the guest room. • A refrigerator that did not cool properly. • A restaurant that closed at 7:00 p.m., limiting dining options for guests. • Limited parking availability. • A dark parking lot with inadequate lighting, creating safety concerns for guests returning to their vehicles at night. • A broken door stopper, preventing the room door from remaining open when transporting items to and from the room. • A broken metal security flap on the guest room door. • Restrictions preventing guests from taking complimentary breakfast items back to their rooms. • An air conditioning unit that failed to cool the room properly and produced excessive rattling noise throughout the night, resulting in poor sleep and uncomfortable room temperatures."

"The people writing these reviews must be blind. The place is unforgivably outdated . Old TV's...even older and dilapidated furniture. Old paint and old doors that dont close quietly. Old linen and a very old pool thats been closed for years. Its the cheapest hotel in the area tho...and close to some shopping and major highways. The staff is friendly , and some speak English. They are also doing a good renovation job slowly but surely. Sure there are some homeless people here...and you will see ghetto and smell weed..... but its Hilltop. Not "Hilton". If you on a budget...its worth the cost...during the week at least."

"1st I pull in and felt unsafe but I thought let see. Then I just in there smoking Marijuana. I went in room in was very u kept. Went out heat up some food, and the dope pull up ask me, you need anything I got. Went back in the room and I was so uncomfortable, I let them keep my money, and pay more at Hilton. So I suggest you not put person in danger"

"Love that they have complimentary breakfast. Buying anything from the store in the lobby is a no go moving forward though you don’t know the price until they ring up the items and they are drastically over priced. Other than that the rooms were nice we did see ants and maintenance had to be called to fix a leak from the dish washer. The response was quick."
