Top Yokohama Hotel Reviews

Hyatt Regency Yokohama
10/10 Excellent
"Not only was the hotel clean and very well maintained, but we were especially impressed with the staff for their hospitality, their friendliness and helpfulness. In my opinion, your staff sets the gold standard. Our hotels in the USA could learn from you."

Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki
10/10 Excellent
"Our family of four (2 adults, a 17-year-old, and an 11-year-old) stayed at Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki for 8 nights, and it was fantastic! The room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable for our family. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety each morning, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The laundry facilities were clean and convenient, which was a huge plus for a longer trip. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kawasaki-Higashiguchi

"Big room and big bathroom. Very quiet. Lots of amenities. Great location, near train stations and stores. Lots of pillows. Easy check in and check out. Bed was vibrating a bit because of the airco"

The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu
10/10 Excellent
"A beautiful view from the room and extremely convenient location! I loved looking out over the balcony at various times each day. The hotel is accessible with clear signage from inside the Queen's Square Mall, which is directly connected to the Minato Mirai Station line. There is a Family Mart 1 floor below, and shopping and restaurants in the mall itself. I typically stay near Yokohama Station, but it's always a maze to navigate in that area and crowded with people, so it was really relaxing to stay by Minato Mirai where there is definitely a more relaxed vibe. There is lots to see and do if you take a walk around the neighboring malls and areas (Cosmo World, Red Brick Warehouse, Sakuragicho, Yokohama Air Cabin, etc), and the line is also directly connected with Chinatown. The transfer from Minato Mirai line at Yokohama to the JR lines is also easy, so it's incredibly simple to take 1 train line all the way back up to Haneda or Narita airports, and even the Central Tokyo area. The hotel is spacious, although the rooms are not as modern as say a business hotel, and it has quite a lot of amenities. I stayed during the weekdays (Mon to Fri), so the prices were much more reasonable."

New Otani Inn Yokohama Premium

Richmond Hotel Yokohama Ekimae

"A short 150m walk from the NW exit of Yokohama train station, property is in a nice district with lots to do above and below ground. Breakfast buffet is very nice and dinner is available from the same restaurant (at the hotel Level 2)."
