Staff are friendly and helpful, make their effort to get out to the street and call the taxi for us during peak time. "Great experience. We stayed only for 1 night but the moment we checked in, we were greeted by Wes who was very enthusiastic. He offered us drinks while we checked in, upgraded our room and very overall very pleasant. The room was also very comfortable. We especially loved the unique way the curtains closed which is very different and thoughtful and the blackout effect was excellent. In the evening, we were pleasantly surprised with chocolates delivered to our room, which felt very warm and caring. It was a truly delightful stay. A very, very special thank you to Wes for making our experience so memorable."
