「Room was clean and was up to expectations. Great location right in the middle of the landing and the main strip 」

We had the strait back desk chair but that was it. Very uncomfortable having to sit on the bed edge for hours. Then got VERY upset on day 3 we asked if our bathroom only coukd be freshed up and clean towels be put in. We were told no, they were not doing room cleanings during the week due to low staffing. 「We had a pet friendly room, however the floor was filthy (had not been mopped for a long time). Socks were nearly black the first night so we wore shoes all the time. Staff was very casual, did not say that the door needed to be locked when leaving, did not mention that there would be no breakfast until we asked the first morning and she said she did not have time to get supplies.」

「We loved the stay but in being honest, there was a few things that we would like to mention. Thats what these are for, so I hope this is ok. My friend and I are pushing 70, I am disabled with cancer and we found that with our room being upstairs, with luggage the climb was really hard for us. The parking was confusing with no organized method of parking. Our window view was of the parking lot. BUT, on the good side, it was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at.
