「The check-in was a pain because there is no office on site. I had to contact someone by phone and get instructions on how to enter my room. Other than that, the room was great.」

The workout room was closed which was extremely disappointing and again, we were never told in advance or would have chosen a different hotel. The one elevator that was working was sketchy, at best. None of the machines were working on our floor, there was hair in the shower and when I tried to wash it...

「Checked in on a Wednesday. Both commodes had to have a plunger used for flushing. TV in the master bedroom did not work. Carpet in the master bedroom was soaking wet. Notified the front desk and was told “maintenance” would arrive to resolve the issue. One maintenance person arrived the next morning after we’d left the suite to utilize our vacation event reservations. When we returned there was a note from maintenance but no resolution to any of the problems mentioned above. Another call...
