"Everyone is very friendly, the room is small but very clean. The breakfast is tasty with pumpkin porridges, eggs and many other dishes. You can walk to many scenic places of the West Lake. There are also good restaurants close by. Overall the service meets or exceeds the North American standards. "

"Hotel staff are friendly. Helped with transport arrangements to WuZhen. Hotel room is modern, clean and comfortable. Good location and surrounded by nearby shops and restaurants. "
"It looks like the property is undergoing some renovations. Check-in was done by someone at the reception counter who cannot speak English. He came upto our room, but the key card was not working. We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad.
