"The room was freshly renovated. The beds were huge. I unfortunately had a sick relative in the hospital nearby. This was a very convenient location to stay. The staff doing late check in were great and they were and have been super compassionate and helpful during and after my stay. I would highly recommend for location and customer service. I would in particular mention the manager Paoula who was outstanding in the level of customer service she delivered when I had a difficult query."

"We had a large suite very comfortable and warm. Yes decor and hotel a little tired but as they say don’t judge a book by its cover! We had a comfortable stay. And would stay again, staff very friendly and helpful "
