「Good stay」

「My first time at a Holiday Express and I have to say the cleanliness is immaculate great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and the service was great as well. The breakfast was included Im not a big fan of breakfast food so I only had the biscuits and gravy that was ok but it wasn’t warm enough I think I got the end of the batch. Although it is near by a few fast food joints and close by the freeway. Definitely a hotel I would stay at again」

「When I got there was expecting to pay the amount left as what it showed. No I had to pay 100 more then what it said to pay when getting there. The stay was nice I liked it just when I expected to get the 100 deposit back I haven’t received it yet. I tried to call and ask about it and got hung up on. I took pictures before and after of the place due to how much the deposit was and I haven’t received it back and no one will talk to me. Not happy.」

「The breakfast staff was very nice, it was clean, breakfast was good but there should be option of eggs without peppers etc in them for allergy reasons. Desk was nice but our keys kept not working replaced them multiple times and they were aware and said it's been happening for the past few weeks. Completely inconvenient. Went to the pool one night it was pleasant until a family with little kids who were running and jumping constantly prompted us to leave. The next day I woke up with a rash,...

「Erica at the front desk was wonderful! Made sure as a woman traveling alone I was safe and so was my vehicle. The room was clean and spacious. The water pressure was amazing! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also loved having McDonald’s and Starbucks directly across the street, as well as a gas station. I was able to get back on the road quickly in the morning.」

「Hotel was okay. Room smelled old. Was told to park in back of hotel because we were towing a trailer, then told the doors didn't work and would have to walk around to side. Adequate for an overnight traveler.」

「The pool door was supposed to be open, it wasn't. There were no towels. The chlorine smell was overpowering, and the breakfast was mediocre, compared to the other Tru hotels I've stayed at. However, room was clean and everything else was fine.」
