「Spent one evening there while visiting Liverpool. A bit out of the way, but a lovely large room on the old docks. The problem was that prior to 8am, construction on the restaurant below began. Jackhammers, drilling, hammering, you name it. Why would they give you that room without a warning?? I mentioned it to the desk upon checking out and was told to have a nice day. Not what I expect at these prices.」
