「The STAFF! We loved the staff and all of our interactions with them! They’re the most friendly humans :) the coffee machine in the lobby is also super fancy and I had the BEST hotel coffee I’ve ever had (and that’s a huge compliment because I’m super picky with my coffee). We felt super safe and comfortable here for our quick 2 night visit over the weekend. Thank you and we will be back!!! 」

「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). 「I was so happy with my stay! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I can’t say that about some other places I went in St Louis. The room was clean and nice. I was so impressed with the complimentary breakfast. There was some great choices but most of all they had gluten free muffins and bagels. I have a gluten allergy, so I was over the moon that they had gluten free options. The only down side was that parking was tight and limited. But overall a great stay.」
