"The shower was a little broken."

"1 night stay, Check-in quick. Staff was pleasant and efficient. We were able to check in early for a fee. Although paid parking was a bit confusing and expensive The velvet parking attendant advised when parking the first time the room card may not work at first but grab a ticket and take it to the front desk to adjust. 17th floor Room was clean as well as the hotel. Nice city view. Pleasant smells through out the hotel. Elevator carpet are stained and need updating but otherwise ok. Paid breakfast buffet expensive and average. Although there is a omelette station, you can order off menu. Restaurant coffee was cold, but there is a complimentary coffee station in lobby. Hotel is across the street from the Arch. Over all I would stay again and recommend although, I would eat breakfast somewhere else cheaper. "

"Not the greatest location but totally bummed the bathroom was definitely not up to par Wanted to shower and the water was gross and would not drain"

"Only elevator was broken the entire trip. All three people were over 60 years old, this was an issue wi with luggage. Nobody on staff could help us carry the luggage up the stairs. Staff was able to move the 3rd floor room to the second floor with the rest of us. We were scheduled for two rooms and the staff gave us a third room. Pool looked like it had water issues, carpets were worn. Couch in one room was torn. Rooms were clean. "

"Its a boutique hotel. Perfectly snugged away in the center of everything. My room was clean and comfortable. Front Desk Care Keepers were phenomenal. The only downsize was parking. There is no parking directly attached to the building. Valet parking is expensive but there is shared Marriott Parking garage - kinda spooky if your moving to and fro when its dark. Would I Go Back? Heck yeah!"

"Old, many transient people around the property. I checked in and left a few hours later to another hotel. Front desk staff were kind and very helpful though."
