"You pay to stay but you also have to pay to park. A pretty ridiculous thing for the people who are reserving hotel rooms. The amenities inside are barely open. You can eat pizza all day but restaurants don’t open until 5. The water park isn’t open until 10am. Kids are staying there for the water park. They don’t wake up at 9am. They want to wake up and play. There’s nothing open in the meantime. "

"Pork in the omelette was a big turnoff. Perhaps you could make sure pork filled ingredients are marked so people don’t eat it by mistake. Also the bathroom shower was slippery and a potential hazard. "

"The website shows a lounge with food available, but it's empty with no offerings. There were issues with noise that were dismissed, until I cried. (I was in town for medical treatments and needed quiet.) I was promised a comp, but was not given one. Some furnishings are worn, ripped, and stained. Not a good value. "

"Breakfast had good variety of choices. Staff were friendly and responsive. Hot tub and pool area was filled with adults and children the two time we considered going so not able to take advantage of that amenity."

"This is a recently updated upgraded, renovated hotel in fantastic condition! It is also well located close to a few coffee shop, shops, gas station and even at target. Not close enough that you would hear any noise."
