「Took forever for hot water to come out of the faucets. The building was a maze with no signage. Breakfast was indifferent.」

「很舒适的酒店，就是不知那里的位置为什么好？」

「The only good - nice staff, good water pressure in the shower. The room was very old looking. The carpet was nasty ( needs to be replaced asap). The beds were not comfy. The walls are paper thin. We were awaken at 2 am by drunken arrival of new quests that moved ito the next closest room. Those same drunken quests were talking loudly for about 1 hour. Sleep Inn ended up being without good sleep for us.」

「房間沒有整理，垃圾沒有丟，床沒有鋪，浴室毛巾沒有換； 和前台反應，他說這是house keep的事情。總體言之，我覺得這個飯店的管理非常的不妥善。」

「I really like this inn, very clean and quiet 」

「Rooms were nice. Doormen/valets were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the front desk staff were essentially worthless in helping with problems and were unapologetic and nonchalant that they couldn’t help on just basic things. They seemed bored with their job to a person. As a regular Bonvoy member one of the worst experiences with front desk staff I have experienced especially at an Omni.」

「We have three people and the room had only one chair. We asked for additional chairs. The staff did not want to provide any.」

「The breakfast area seemed understaffed during our stay, which affected the overall experience. Having more staff available during breakfast would help improve service.」

「Hotel was conveniently located. Self parking on-site was great. Welcoming lacked a bit with the gentleman who checked us in, however the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was pristine and spacious. Would have been nice to have extra pods of regular coffee in the room for early am. Did not do breakfast as it ended at 9:00 am.」
