Very good stay at well maintained property. Good location within 15 minutes of downtown Charlottesville but only 15 minutes from very good hiking and biking. USB or USB-c in rooms would be nice.

Nice place. Slight issue with the shower. There was a slight issue with the shower that could not be fixed as the maintenance men were not there. However they did offer a new room otherwise no complaints.

Lauren was very welcoming at check in. Our room was clean and the room was quiet. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Hotel was close to shopping area and soccer fields.

this is my go-to place in Charlottesville

The front desk staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Unlike other affordable hotels, they actually appeared to be happy that we were guests. Coffee and tea all day. Breakfast was very good...plentiful and diverse. Rooms are very clean.

Very nice property It's not too expensive but the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff were all nice especially the lady that check is in is very friendly and pleasant... The breakfast was great, lots of choices to eat... And the check out is noon and that's a plus, other hotels/ motels it's either 10am or 11a.m.. They should learn from this hotel cause customers are happy when they don't need to rush in the morning. Thank you!

Comfortable and inviting

The ladies at the front desk were so personable and friendly. I felt as if I definitely ask them for anything. They were very welcoming and inviting. The hotel was clean; breakfast was okay; the room was comfortable and I have a hard time falling asleep in hotels. Overall I would stay again if I need to for short periods.

Staff was amazing. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Also, room service came in and took all the dirty towels and didnt leave clean ones so we had no towels left in our room, we had to go downstairs to get some from the front desk. Other than that, hotel is pristine and staff is AMAZING
