「This is my 4th time staying at this hotel. I pick it because it is near the university and shopping. The staff and service is great 」

「Die Zimmer sind sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Einzige was störte, waren die wenige Sitzplätze im Frühstücksraum. Sonst alles Top. 」

「I don't like here. The pool is nice. The others are so so.」

「The hotel itself was fine. A lot of people smoking marijuana and you can smell it through the rooms. However the staff was the problem, front desk lady was rude, security guard wearing sandals and the cleaning lady basically kicked us out the morning of check out. The front desk never answers the phones you physically have to go down there to talk to anyone. Don’t think I will stay here again. 」

「The property is undergoing a renovation and change of brand, which might be nice when done, but is currently an unfinished mess. Lots of details in the room and on the grounds are not complete. Maybe give it some time and it will be okay. April 2019.」
