「We loved our stay at the Whale Guest House -- we stayed in the Blue House. It was easy to find and check in/out, impecably clean, comfortable bed and shower, and has amazing views of the surrounding bay and open ocean in the distance from inside and the outdoor patios. The host / staff were incredibly helpful before hand with information on local restraunts and things to see or do (including boat local boat tour recommendations), and we arrived earlier than planned and allowed us to check in in...

「The receptionist/clerk was friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spacious, clean and had good amenities. The complimentary breakfasts were fine but the Sunday service was poor and we had to ask for basics like jams & no offers of coffee/tea refills. Monday's server was efficient and attentive. That's a management/training issue. The Kleenex and bar soaps, in both rooms were not replaced for the second night stay, even though the towels were replaced and beds made, indicating housekeeping...
