"The hotel location is in great walking distance to the downtown area of the Harbour, Water Street and George Street. The service by the staff was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The room bathrooms need to be updated, and all the vending machines were out of order as well as the sauna. Based on location and excellent staff service I would recommend this hotel."

"Over two nights I had two different rooms at Whale House. One was roomier with a really nice hot tub in a private deck. The Orca room was a completely adequate efficiency. The properly is surrounded by a garden which must be nice in season. Also has gas grill and sauna for guests. Good location along the east coast"
