「We have stayed here multiple times as it is close to family members that live in Wisconsin and convenient for us. Our experience has always been very positive, the only thing I could really say is that the property needs a little uplift. We stayed in room 111. And there were multiple spots on the walls that had been touched up with a penny that did not match. I had brought my computer with me and was doing work in the room over the days we stayed there and the Office chair was in very poor...

「This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down and dirty. I booked for two nights, but after the first night, there was no way I was staying another night so I went to check out and cancel second night. They refused to give me a refund for the second night, even though it was before 11am. No water pressure in the shower, cold air draft coming right in through the door to the room, worn out bed, didn't look like the room has been cleaned in months, it was disgusting.」

「Showed up and handed the person at the front desk my card. Had my reservation fully paid for on Expedia prior to arrival. There was a 75 dollar hold on my card that didnt go away until after I checked out. Didn't think this was unusual as I've been charged more for a deposit at other places. However, the charge went through shortly after I completed my online check out. I had to work very early and was and no one was working the front desk yet which is why I opted for online checkout.
