"Although the room is tidy, and the staff interactions were kind, the hotels amenities did not live up to their promises. The Wi-Fi was not working when we first arrived and didn’t work for 20% of our visit. Would not have been an issue. Had the weather been a little nicer, but with no Wi-Fi there was also no TV. When we were able to enjoy the outdoors, most pools were closed as were limited use of the waterpark. We were not disclosed to that. The water park on site is an additional cost, despite lack of information on that otherwise in advance or a visit. However, even if we would’ve had to pay for it, a lazy river, and a couple of slides isn’t worth the cost. Room service was never available, and the app would only work, of course when the Internet worked. And the phone didn’t work in our room either I’m not one to leave reviews for places that I don’t find exceptional as I try to give everything a benefit of the doubt, but how we been able to leave sooner we would have. Hopefully this review is read by a family that chooses to go elsewhere and we can save someone’s future vacation."

"Clean and friendly! Loved the grounds. Could certainly use a better restaurant Be careful of the offering of a ‘free gift’. It is free, however dependent on attending a vacation club theme. We had a very kind woman however it was a lot more than the 1 hour n when we got to the end ‘interview’ with a verrrry rude man and voiced we’d been there a long time he stood up and walked away n then looked at us and said there’s the exit!! lol. Didn’t even look at us. Really soured our stay to be treated in this way. We’ve stayed at marriotts around the world and NEVER been treated in this manner. I’m most certain this is not how Marriott would like to be represented ……so disappointed "
