「床睡的不舒服和有声音响」

「Thank you.」

「The staff was great and friendly. It smelled good when walking in, overall it was dirty and run down. When we got to our room and checked for bed bugs, we discovered a cockroach crawling up the wall. We called immediately and was moved to a larger room on the first floor - still dirty and couldn't sleep well thinking about the roaches.」

「Hotel was acceptable for what we needed. The bathroom needed some attention. The shower gel bottle was no longer attached to the wall with the shampoo and conditioner. It was still attached to the wall hanger, but sitting in the corner of the shower. The shower doors did not move in both directions, so you were soaking wet just turing the shower on. We appreciated the larger sized refrigerator, and despite many large groups of children in the building, the room was quiet.」

「A」

「The only good thing about this stay was the staff were so nice. When we checked in we got to our room and there was only a king size bed when we booked a room for 2 queens and a pull out bed. We have 5 people. After sometime the manager was able to get us the right room. Got to our room and it smelt horrible, spider webs all over the windows, rubber band under the TV stand/desk and the bathroom toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the pool was under maintenance, which would have been...

「I would stay again」

「Staff all professional and very helpful and we appreciated the service 」

「Messy room and bath」

「Nice, new hotel with a great location and free staff. The rooms were modern and clean. We missed breakfast - but it looked good, plus they have a bar and offer in-room dining too.」

「room was clean however it smelled of disinfectant / cleaning chemicals so powerfully I had to air the room out a number of times.」

「Just the pool closing early need more notice on that」

「Got a King Suite and expected the couch to be comfortable, but it's cushions were slanted and hard. Something was clearly mechanically wrong with the fold out bed. Also the king mattress was hard and I could feel the springs」

「Just a cozy, wonderful experience overall. Don’t pass up the free breakfast if you stay there on the weekend!」
