The room was ok for a motel. The floors were so dirty though so kept shoes on. Looks like they tried to “update” interior but just surface level. Can’t complain too much for the price. But definitely a motel not hotel. Don’t expect too much. Staff were super nice though.

The staff were very friendly. I knew it would be an older facility but I didn't mind as long as it was clean. Most of the room was clean but the cleaning and maintainance staff need to give more attention to the bathroom. I enjoyed the refrigerator and being able to use the table for a work station. I never did find the remotes to the tv but I wa busy with work and then I had quiet time and read. The room temperature was nice and easy to control; I appreciated that. I didn't take time to eat breakfast but I saw several folks in there when I checked out and it smelled good. The rooms around me were quiet so I was able to sleep well, the bed was fairly comfortable as well.

It was excellent and exactly what we needed for our eldest son's wedding. We had a large group of 10 people, so we got adjoining rooms with plenty of bid space. Will use them again next time I have a trip to Kokomo.

The room smelled of stale cigarettes, the sink didn't drain properly, there was no toilet paper, and there was no soap. I had to ask for toilet paper and soap. I left only a few hours into my stay. I couldn't bear the smell.
